Working with Lisa Barros was an absolute joy. We met by chance–I stopped in to an Open House–out of curiosity, nothing more–and we chatted a bit. My husband and I were not yet ready to buy a house, and I made that very clear to Lisa, and I knew she understood. When she said she was available to show us properties, I explained that I didn’t want to waste her time, since we weren’t seriously looking. Her response to me was perfect: she said, “I never feel my time is wasted, since I learn something new every time I meet with a client.” So, over the next few months–always at our request–she showed us a few places that we thought looked interesting. When we found a house we loved, Lisa was by our side the whole way. She was professional, reasonable, incredibly responsive, informative, smart and a great negotiator. She said, over and over, that she wanted us to do what was right for us–and she helped us do that. We feel strongly that Lisa helped make the home-buying process as easy, even fun, as it could be. We will always be grateful for Lisa’s guidance and her humor, and we highly recommend her to friends and family.
