We are so grateful for your help in finding the right place for us. Being from out of state, with limited time afforded to meet our goals, we would say this was a challenge for us all.
The process began well before our arrival to Delaware. You prepared relevant questions for us to respond to in order to determine what we were looking for and our price range, so that our time looking at properties would be maximized.
You showed us a wide variety of properties around the area, honing in on our tastes, pointing out the advantages, and in some cases the disadvantages, of each. Thank you for providing those little reminders that we can forget about when there is some excitement in finding a potential new home.
You not only provided our daily home viewing itineraries, but also made it interesting for us by describing and/or viewing local attractions, parks, restaurants and shopping. It is obvious that you enjoy this area very much.
Although we ended by purchasing in a new development, you remained in touch and available to help in our stead, when things arose that we could not physically attend to ourselves. Having you there, in Delaware, was a comfort to us both.
